These terms govern use of 1111-wholesale.com, operated by 11 11 LLC as 11:11 Wholesale. They are website terms, not vehicle purchase, sale, transport or brokerage terms.

Eligibility and authority

By submitting a dealer inquiry, you represent that you are a licensed motor-vehicle dealer or an authorized representative acting for one, and that the information you provide is accurate and may lawfully be used for the inquiry.

No offer, acceptance or transaction

Website content and submissions are informational. A submission does not create a transaction, dealership relationship, agency, exclusivity obligation, purchase commitment, sale commitment, financing commitment or guarantee of access. Any vehicle transaction requires verification and separate written deal-specific terms accepted by the relevant parties.

Vehicle information and written terms

Vehicle availability, condition, history, title status, pricing, fees, inspection rights, payment, transport, release and remedies may change and must be confirmed for each opportunity. Written deal-specific terms control over general website content.

Dealer submissions

You are responsible for having the right to submit dealership, vehicle and contact information. Do not submit bank credentials, passwords, unlawfully obtained information or sensitive documents through the general inquiry form.

Permitted use

You may use the website for legitimate dealer-to-dealer business inquiries. You may not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit false credentials, scrape or republish protected content at scale, impersonate another person or use the site for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property and marque references

The 11:11 site design, copy and original materials are owned by or licensed to 11 11 LLC. Vehicle marque names and marks belong to their respective owners. Marque references identify vehicle categories only; 11:11 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or franchised by those manufacturers.

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, security, communication, media or transportation services. Their services are governed by their own terms. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement.
