11 11 LLC operates 11:11 Wholesale, a California dealer-to-dealer automotive wholesale desk. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through 1111-wholesale.com.

Wholesale-only scope. The website and inquiry form are intended for licensed motor-vehicle dealers and their authorized representatives—not retail consumers.
Information we collect
When you request dealer access or contact us, we may collect:
- dealership legal or DBA name;
- representative name, dealer email and direct phone number;
- dealer license state and dealer license number;
- buying criteria, vehicle details, inventory interests, timing and other information you choose to provide; and
- basic security and technical data such as submission time, browser type, IP-derived anti-abuse identifiers and request logs.
How we use information
We use information to verify dealer status, review and respond to inquiries, match relevant wholesale opportunities, coordinate potential transactions, prevent spam and fraud, protect the website, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that host, secure or support the website and communications; to professional advisers; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect 11:11, a dealer or another person. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cloudflare services
The website may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, bot protection and inquiry processing. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to provide those services under its own applicable privacy terms.
Retention
Dealer inquiries that do not become active business records are generally retained for no longer than 24 months. Information connected to a transaction, dispute, compliance requirement or legal obligation may be retained longer when reasonably necessary.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send bank credentials, passwords, title images or other sensitive documents through the general inquiry form.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete dealer-contact information by emailing dealer@1111-wholesale.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for legal, fraud-prevention, transaction or recordkeeping purposes.
